Post Easy Beef Stuffed Peppers

I would like to try Easy Beef Stuffed Peppers but I do not eat rice what can one use besides rice?
This is the recipe: Nolan Ryan All-Natural Beef | Texas | Easy Beef Stuffed Peppers

It sound good all for the rice.

Make them without any rice or any filler. I make mine without all the time. I even will make stuffed cabbage without the rice.

You could use some of the croutons you mentioned you had in place of the rice. Lightly crush them.

You could use quinoa or bulghar wheat if you want to you a filler or as others have said you can just fill them with the meat filling and no starch

Pearl Barley, or orzo would work very well. The barley is the more nutreint and fiber rich of the two. Make a pilaf of either, and combine with the ground beef.

Another version of a stuffed pepper might include a sausage/beef mixture that includes rough chopped onion, and peppers, and smothered with cheese sauce.
