Here is a recipe which was provided to us by French's, for our member's benefit.
Grilled Steak with Creamy Horseradish Mustard Sauce
Prep time: 5 min.
Cook time: 15 min.
2 (8 oz.) boneless beef loin steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream or half'n'half
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
1 tbsp. each minced parsley and chives
GRILL steaks over high heat about 7 min. per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to platter; keep warm.
WHISK remaining ingredients into small skillet. Simmer 2 to 3 min. until sauce thickens slightly. Stir any juices from steak into sauce.
SLICE steak and serve with sauce.
