Ground beef and potato curry

ingredients:

2 lbs. of ground beef
2 large potatoes(peeled and cubed)
3 medium onions(finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp pf garm masala powder
1/4 tsp pf red chilli powder
salt,to taste
1/4 tsp pf turmeric powder
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tbs corriander powder
2 tbs plain yogurt
3 tbs tomato paste
1/2 c vegetable oil


Heat oil in a pan,add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown.Add in all the spices and stir well,add the tomato paste and the yougurt,stir and saute on medium heat for about 10 minutes(add a little water if the spices start sticking or burning).Add the beef,mix well,fry for about 10 minutes,then add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.Then,simmer covered, on low heat for about 45 minutes.Add potato cubes and simmer for another 8--10 minutes,or until the potatoes are cooked and soft.Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and chopped jalapeno peppers(if u can take the heat)
Eat with hot nans or chapatis.Enjoy!
 
This sounds very very yummy!!! I would sprinkle some chopped fresh cilantro at the finish... that would give it an added kick, to taste and to the eyes!!:)
