Hawaiian steak recipe

Looking for a recipe, there used to be a restaurant in Kanas City called
Houston's not sure if they are a national change, but they served
a ribeye steak that was called a Hawaiian steak it was wonderful.

I have been trying to make this steak but I can't get the flavor correct.

Does anyone have a recipe for this?

That sounds like it would be good for pork, too. I've copied that one for my recipe collection.

turned out well

The flavor was all there, but I cooked it to long. I was on the phone with
my mother in-law. I will try this again and take the phone off the hook
