hi, i have this recipe for a traditional steak and kidney pudding which is made in a 2pint bowl that steams for 5 hours,

but i want to make indavidual ones

would i need to steam for 5 hours still !!!!

any one know ????

I would not think so, but have never tried it. Unless someone comes along who actually knows something (sorry, am not one of those) I would probably take one or two and try steaming it before making the real batch. Would take it out every so often and see.

Have never heard of a steak and kidney pudding, love steak and kidney pie. Woud love to see the recipe if you have a chance. Good luck.

thanks anyway
s + k pudding is very traditional in uk and the recipe is from delia smith online

a very popular tv chef, remember pudding as a child and wanted to make, will have to do big version instead

do try it
