that be the one, jeekinz. i got about 7 or 8 good steaks out of it, with a lot of scraps for other dishes. very little waste. a 5 + lb. hunk o' beef for about $22. such a deal...

hmmm, bulgogi. or better yet, joo mul look. (same marinade, just using chunks of meat instead of thin slices). thanks for another good idea, jp bill.
