Does anyone know how to cook a beef chuck tender roast? I am not finding this cut of beef - only "pot roast" and "beef ternderloin" and I'm not sure which category "beef chuck tender roast" is closer to...as "pot roast" meats seem to be the tougher cuts of meat while "beef ternderloin" is not.

So, I would appreciate your advice on which cut of meat is closer - thanks!

Chuck is a tough cut that should be cooked as a pot roast or stew. Beef chuck tender roast is a gimmicky sounding name.

If you want an oven roast that's rare or medium and tender, no chuck cut will do.

Without question, a tenderloin roast will fill the bill. So will a sirloin strip roast, standing rib roast (with or without bones), top sirloin roast.
