I was in the mood for cheeseburgers but didn't have any buns or regular bread. We had lots of flour tortillas, so I just made them with tortillas instead of buns. Since it was going to all be wrapped up in a tortilla, I broke the ground beef up as I cooked it rather than cooking it in patties. I put slices of cheese on the tortillas, then the meat and condiments, then rolled them up (folding the bottom up part way through rolling them). In a way it was easier (and neater) than eating them on a bun because the pickles, etc. stayed inside and didn't slide off. LOL We really enjoyed them.
