I want to serve braised ribs tomorrow night.
1. Can I cook them in advance and reheat tomorrow?

2. I have a cranberry citrus glaze for them with a lot of sugar in it. When should I put it on?

3. What temp should I cook them at?

1. yes
2. when you reheat them
3. depends on how long you want to cook them, slow and low would be good, 325 for many hours maybe?
