i found this recipe in a magazine, havent tried it yet,but looks interesting!

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb lean ground beef
2 tsp each garlic salt and ground cumin
1/2 c plain lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried
1 medium zucchini,halved lengthwise
2 medium bell peppers,quartered lengthwise
Nonstick spray
1 box(5.8 oz) roasted garlic and red pepper(or other flavor or plain) couscous.
4 regular size pitas, cut crosswise in half
8 small green leaf lettuce leaves(or 4 large, torn in half).

heat outdoor grill,or use a stove top ridged grill pan.Meanwhile using hands, mix beef, garlic salt and cumin in a bowl.Form into 4 half inch thick patties.Stir yogurt and dill in a small bowl until blended.
coat zucchini and peppers with nonstick spray.Grill zucchini 10 minutes, peppers 10 to 15 minutes, turning as needed until lightly charred and tender.
When zucchini comes off grill, add beef patties, and grill 8 to 10 minutes,or until cooked through.
Cook couscous as box directs(omit oil).Meanwhile cut grilled zucchini in bite-size chunks and burgers in half.Line pita halves with lettuce, add one piece pepper and 1 burger half.Spoon on 1 tbsp yogurt sauce.
Fluff couscous with a fork and stir in zucchini.Serve with the burgers.

Sounds interesting, sarah! I doubt I could get my hubby to try them because of the zucchini, so this will have to go on my when-he's-out-of-town list!
