My Bleu Heaven Burgers
1/4 lb. bleu cheese
3 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. minced fresh chives
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. powdered mustard
12 soft sandwich buns
In a large stainless steel bowl crumble the bleu cheese and mix well with ground beef, chives, tabasco sauce,
Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, and mustard. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.
Preheat grill (indoor or outdoor) for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Shape the burger mixture into 10 patties of equal size.
Grill 5 minutes, flip over and grill 4 minutes more, or to your desired doneness.
Serve on buns.
