Peanut Butter Burgers

Anyone ever try these? I made some last night and they were absolutely amazing.

I mixed up a sauce to put in the burgers. It was about 8 Tbsp of Sweet Baby Ray's (I really just squeezed a lot out...it looked like that much) and then garlic powder, onion powder, ground chipotle powder, thyme, salt, and pepper which I mixed in with the raw beef before making patties. It gave them a slightly sweet taste which blended well with the peanut butter.

Before the burgers were completely finished, I topped them with extra sharp cheddar and a spoonful of peanut butter.

I could have sat there and ate all of them one after the other if I had a deathwish. They were that tasty.

I haven't tried that, but I've used peanut butter with Pace Piquante sauce for pork chops, and it was delish! You just simmer the two together until the peanut butter and piquante are well blended.
I'm guessing the flavor is similar.

When I was a kid, my Dad made some horrendous "peanut butter" burgers.
As I remember it, we got charred hamburgers with peanuts scattered through them.
Nasty nasty nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Come to think of it, my dad wasn't much of a burger griller. more of a burger burner.)
Yours, however, sound like something I would try!

Haven't tried that one as well, but that sounds like a very good recipe to try.
Sometimes me think what is love, and then me think love is what last cookie is for. Me give up the last cookie for you.
