You can make this like you would your favorite pizza by adding black olives, pepperoni or bacon bits. Make it your own.

PIZZA LOAF

1 pound(s) GROUND BEEF; Real Lean.
1 clove(s) GARLIC; Minced.
SALT; To Taste.
BLACK PEPPER; To Taste.
1/2 cup(s) BREAD CRUMBS; Dry.
1/4 cup(s) MILK
1/3 cup(s) PIZZA SAUCE
1/4 teaspoon(s) OREGANO; Crushed.
GREEN BELL PEPPER; Chopped, Optional.
ONION; Chopped, To Taste.
MOZZARELLA CHEESE; Shredded.
CHEDDAR CHEESE; Shredded.

In a bowl mix together the ground beef, garlic, bread crumbs, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie pan, running up the sides to make a crust.
Spread the pizza sauce over beef.
Sprinkle your desired toppings on top.
Sprinkle beef with the oregano.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Cut into wedges to serve.
Serves 4

Thanks texasgirl. Yes, I had a wonderful Christmas. Its been a busy last couple of weeks for me, with getting ready for Christmas and painting the inside of my house so I can put in new carpet. I missed posting recipes.
