Prime Rib help
I've never made prime rib. This will be a complete first for me (and I'm excited about it. I want it to turn out!!!).
I have 5 adults and 3 children to feed.
What do you recomend for a # pound size prime rib from the butcher? How much?
I see so many different ways to cook these, I am a litlle bit confused as to the best way to do it for a first timer with prime rib.
All I have is a standard gas oven in a standard ranch house. Any easy childproof tips for this amatuer?
What are the best seasonings?
Any advise would be helpfull.
