Rib Eye Steak

A couple of Choice Rib Eyes with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, and Garlic Salt coming to room temp.

A whatever I can find in the refrigerator salad

Some fresh oven roasted potatoes

And its time to eat

I like to use soy sauce (enough to turn the mix dark), juice of one lemon and olive oil.
in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.

Life is too short to eat bad food.
