A couple of Choice Rib Eyes with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, and Garlic Salt coming to room temp.

I like to use soy sauce (enough to turn the mix dark), juice of one lemon and olive oil.
in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
 
You know, John, if you keep posting pics like this, we're going to start showing up on your doorstep around dinnertime! Really, I can almost taste your steak and potatoes. Bravo!
