I have a HUGE craving to make a roast beef dinner tonight. I don't want to spend a lot on the beef, but I want it to be nice and juicy and rare/medium rare. Any suggestions for me? What cut of beef? It's dinner for two!
Most roasts for a roast beef are kind of large for just 2 people, I think, although you can always get creative with leftovers. There are lots of recipes on the food network site that you may want to look over.
