I like to roast potatoes with my Danish meatloaf. The pork and bacon fat melt out of the meatloaf and the potatoes are fabulous. We sprinkle olive oil and paprika on the potatoes before we put them in the pan with the meatloaf. BTW, this meatloaf is shaped on a roasting pan, not in a loaf pan.
