Special Sauce Burger Recipe

Secret / Special Sauce Recipe

2 Tablespoons Mayo
1 Tablespoon Pickle Relish
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Ketchup

Burger Patties
1 pound lean ground beef divided into 4 balls
Mash each ball between wax paper to form pattie
Add salt and pepper

Cook and when almost done add cheese (I used pepper jack)

I do something similar sometimes. I don't use mustard but have been known to use horseradish.

Most fast food burgers with a Special or Secret sauce are very similar to Thousand Island dressing.

That's a nice looking burger.
