Stewing beef for steak tacos?

I have a kit /) for steak tacos, but all the beef I have in the house is stewing beef. Anyone know how to cook this meat so it is edible in a taco?

Low and slow until it shreds. This is for pork, but I'll bet it would work for beef.

Yes, I agree low and slow in a liquid is the answer. A can of salsa would work well.
