Jan, my first thot reading this post title was "is she talking a big hamburger pattie?" ;) sorry - I make my stuffing with sausage & apples, bet that would be good incorporated into a meatloaf....hmmm, time to play.

Yes, CJS, this thread has really got me thinking, too. I tell you though, that meatloaf made with the stovetop was the lightest and prettiest one I've ever made.

It looked like a well-risen loaf of bread.

...probably because of all the "stuff" they put in the Stovetop...

That Tex-Mex meatloaf sounds awfully good!
