Check for some ethnic grocery stores, especially Latino.
Around here, I see it regularly there.
Along with necks, feets, tongues, stomachs, kidneys, tails
and other mysterious creature parts! :)

That's true, which is why I find the lack of beef suet even more annoying. We have a large Hispanic population here & our WalMart carries every single part of cows & pigs you can imagine EXCEPT the darn suet!

We have an Asian store that carries, uh, well you don't want to know. I'll bet they carry necks and backs too. Never thought about that.
