Sweet and Sour Beef

8 oz. of beef top round steak
1 green bell pepper(cut into 1" pieces)
1 small onion(cut into thin wedges)
1 small orang(peeled and sectioned)
orange slices for garnish(optional)
1 (15 oz) can of pineapple chunks
a tbs of cornstarch
a tbs of brown sugar
some chili flakes
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbs of white wine vinegar
1 tbs of peanut or veg oil

cut the meat into bite-size strips,set aside.
for sauce,drain pineapple,reserving the juice.por half a cup of the reserved juice into a small bowl.Stir in the vinegar,soy sauce,cornstarch,brown sugar and chili flakes.
heat oil in w wok or a large skillet.Preheat over medium-high heat.Stir fry bell pepper and onion for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.Remove.
Stir fry the meat for 3-4 minutes or to desired doneness.Push aside the meat from center of wok and add sauce to the center.Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.Return the cooked veggies to the wok.Add pineapple chunks.Stir everything together to coat.cook for another 2 minutes or until heated through.Stir in orange sections.Garnish with orange slices if u want.
