TNT Burgers
Hi all - I just made these tonight, very experimental but they turned out really great and I thought I'd share!

JENI'S BEST BURGERS
1 lb lean ground beef
4 T breadcrumbs Italian style seasoning
1 T basil
1 T thyme
1 T rosemary
1 T chives
1 T onion powder
½ t salt
¼ t black pepper
1 egg
2 T balsamic vinegar
5 strips bacon, cooked but not too crispy and cut into tiny pieces
2 oz horseradish harvati or other cheese of choice, 1 oz shredded, 1 oz cut into tiny cubes

Mix everything together and divide into burgers. I do ¼ lb burgers on the grill at 500 degrees, 5 minutes each side for medium-well.

Can add more balsamic if burgers don’t stick together well when raw.

If you try them, let me know what you think!!!
