Sounds like uber-expensive chicken fried steak!
And the best thing with CFS is mashed taters w gravy!

Personally, I like rib-eye grilled medium rare with a pile of homemade fries and a nice side salad dressed with simple RW vinaigrette.

Or, seared over high heat and finsihed in the oven. Then make a mushroom pan sauce and serve it over half a baked russet. Steamed green beans to finish it off.

I would definitely serve either mashed potatoes or baked potatoes and a vegetable such as corn, string beans etc.

I never would have thought of doin' that to a ribeye! However, now I have to try it.

And the sides definitely have to be smashed taters 'n gravy and maybe some buttered green peas. And hot potato rolls.
