In New York we had a great butcher but here in CO we use the local grocery store. We buy our meats in bulk - we basically wait for our target price and then go to that store and buy about 15 or 20 lbs of it. that way you are spending a ton on $$ on it and you always have meat in the freezer to use for a meal.
