What is the best way to do baby back ribs?

I'm not sure there is one "best" way.... I like them:

BBQed ----Slowly cooked with low heat
Charcoal grilled ----Directly over the coals at about 18 inches...
Baked in the oven ----With an Asian flair
Smothered ---- Sliced, browned, and cooked in a gravy until tender. Serve with rice, and a pot of greens....

Have Fun!

There is only one Quality worse than Hardness of Heart, and that is Softness of Head.

Kool-Aid...Think Before You Drink

To "do" them?
With both elbows in the air and don't wipe your face til you're finished eatin'. Bone plate optional.

I like them BBQ'd in a smoker or grilled slowly.
But the best way to cook them is what works for you.
