Baby Back Ribs

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I'm not sure there is one "best" way.... I like them:

BBQed ----Slowly cooked with low heat
Charcoal grilled ----Directly over the coals at about 18 inches...
Baked in the oven ----With an Asian flair
Smothered ---- Sliced, browned, and cooked in a gravy until tender. Serve with rice, and a pot of greens....

What is the best way to do baby back ribs?

To "do" them?
With both elbows in the air and don't wipe your face til you're finished eatin'. Bone plate optional. ;)

I like them BBQ'd in a smoker or grilled slowly.
But the best way to cook them is what works for you.
