Bacon Jam Recipe!!!

Baked Bree | Bacon Jam

Sure you can have it made from Strawberries or apricots, BUTT this is made from BACON

Never heard of that before .. but it's got to be good tasting because after all it is bacon !

I wonder if you were to process this in the jars for a few minutes in a canner, as you do fruit jam, that it would keep longer?

I was a little skeptical but gotta say I love this! The more I eat it, the more I like it. Just wish I would have made a double batch. So far I've eaten it on onion bagels with cream cheese and mushroom, scallion, and cheese omelet. I think it would be great on cheeseburgers too. A little bit goes a long way.
