well I deviated from the plan... I had a hankering to start a fire so I cut the sucker into some nice thick chops and threw em on the grill (seasoned with the rub as discussed ) along with some veggies. made some applesauce and garlic mashed potatoes .... accompanied by some quality beer. YUM. Pork is definitley the reason I will never be a vegetarian.
