My son loves this glaze. It has just the right amount of cinnamon to go along with the pork.
Enjoy! Debbie

2 to 3 pound(s) PORK LOIN ROAST
3/4 cup(s) CHERRY PRESERVES
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) CORN SYRUP; Light.
2 tablespoon(s) RED WINE VINEGAR
1/8 teaspoon(s) SALT
1/4 teaspoon(s) CINNAMON
GARLIC; Cut Into Slivers.
_____

Insert garlic slivers to taste into pork roast.
Place roast in a shallow baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
While roast is baking prepare glaze by combining cherry jam, corn syrup, vinegar and salt and cinnamon together.
You can use a bowl and do this in the microwave or use a sauce pan on top of the stove.
When roast has baked 1 hour, spoon enough cherry sauce over the roast to glaze.
Continue baking and basting roast until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
Serve remaining cherry sauce with the roast.
