Would anyone have a recipe for braised pork cheek with the method on how to cook it? or just some general tips and ideas on braising it.

Thanks.

Where did you get your pork cheeks, Snowball? That's something I would love to try sometime!

It's going to be my first time using pork cheek as ive never seeing it done before, the first monday of each month ill be getting them, im getting them from the local slaughter house.

Never had pork, but beef cheek is absolutely wonderful braised, or simply stewed. I'm sure it's the same for pork. Just use any stew recipe.

Gosh never saw piggy cheeks, and we live in VA where it is easy to find all sorts of pork products. Would try them in an instant if we saw some. Maybe will ask the butcher at the supermarket.

Thanks for the replys.

What liquid would be a good choice to braise the pork cheek in?
