Wink Do Any Of You Make Your Own Pork Rinds?

Just watched Paula Deen make Pork Rinds, they looked so good. I don't eat them very often, when I do with a little Texas Pete on them- yum.

absolutely and quite regularly too :)
although I`m the one that usualy eats most of them as the wife is on a diet, she will have one every now and then though :)

My neighborhood is completely surrounded, except for the ocean side of course, by Mexican neighborhoods. Why would I make them?
