Fantastic Pork Fajitas

1 pound lean boneless pork
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon oregano, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 medium onion peeled and sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
4 flour tortillas
green onion tops, sliced (optional)
shredded lettuce (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)
sour cream (optional)
guacamole (optional)
bottled salsa (optional)

Slice pork across the grain into 1/8" strips. Marinate pork strips in garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce for 10 minutes.
Heat heavy skillet or griddle until hot (if using electric skillet, 400 degrees).
Add the tablespoon of oil and pork trips, stir-fry until pork is no longer pink, about 3-5 minutes. Serve with flour tortillas and accompany with sliced green onions, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa, if desired.

Serves 4.
