Sooo...

Beloved Wife is out of town on business until Saturday. I cook for an audience, and it is her. But she is Jewish. I have not had pork in quite some time.

Now I'm not cheating, and believe me we don't keep a kosher kitchen, Dear Wife is also from Maryland, so we had a negotiated agreement with the crustaceans from the start. But yes, she doesn't like eating pork so it is anathema in our diet normally.

and I don't care if you like it, Turkey bacon is NOT THE SAME.

Give me one pork recipe, assume I have a functional kitchen, and I don't want leftovers, so no big island style luau stuff."

I'm VERY confused?!
Which is it? Are we conversing with both Mister and Missus erehweslefox
I believe Mr. Fox has erroneously quoted Kayelle's recipe in such a way that it appears to be part of his own post, thus causing your confusion

Um, I believe not GG.
In any of Kayelle's posts in this thread does she mention "my husband...",
so therein lies my confusion

Actually, he needs to make a new recipe submission of how he combined Janet's and my recipe to his own. I don't understand it either.

I made an amateur mistake and mistook tenderloin for loin, and made a combination of two recipes.

Will still stand by the recipe, for if you are at home and need a pork recipe.

Kayelle and Janet's recipe were combined, sorry if it it seemed like a post from either.

Yeah it was an on the fly thing. I'm not going to make a submission as it wasn't close to a recipe, just a dish I made.

At least we know Mr. Fox is not out chasing hens around the hen house...he's after pig, a most noble beastie.

Hens are tricky, can usually catch a pig.
