1- throw in on the grill
2- in a frying pan sprinkle lil brown sugar on it
3- on top of scallop potatoes

For "dessert" ---- A piece of ham inside a biscuit with a little wild plum jelly! Hot Coffee!!!

Fry up in a skillet with a little oil. With the drippings, make gravy..oh, don't forget the mashed potatoes and biscuits..

I'm in for the frying pan too. Only I use butter as the fat. Candied yams, maybe some cole slaw. Either like it is or in a sandwich on a keiser roll.

I've also used it in scalloped potatoes with some cheese chunked inside.

And you can't go wrong with frying it and having ham and eggs.

I get a couple of ham steaks, but them into serving sizes and layer them in the crockpot with sliced potatoes and cheese. Mmm Mmm good!!
