I think I asked this some years ago, but I can't remember..

I have some thin pork chops, and a can of pineapple chunks, and a bottle of Teryaki sauce.

What else goes in this to serve over rice?

Ginger
garlic
onions and bell peppers
perhaps a bit of Lime juice or vinegar?

as I remember it sort of Sweet/ Sour, but Savoury..

Thanks All, Eric from bruttally hot Tx.

I use pineapple, some of the juice, teriyaki or soy sauce PLUS brown sugar and grated ginger. It's an awesome marinade.
