ISO ways to cook Boston Butt

I'm new to this forum, needing a good recipe for boston butt. I was wanting to cook it in the regular oven. We smoke alot of butts on the smoker in the summer, a little to cold for that now.

You can follow the same process with your oven as in the smoker. Cook it low and slow with the same rubs and mops. The difference will be the lack of smoke flavor. You can use some liquid smoke to make up for some of that.
