This is so moist and tender and so easy to prepare. Serve this pork with additional BBQ sauce, it really makes a difference. I'm sure you could use any type pork roast or BBQ sauce. I just like a good loin roast and Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce.

MOIST AND TENDER BBQ PORK ROAST (CROCK POT)

2 to 3 pound(s) PORK LOIN ROAST
1/4 cup(s) BARBECUE SAUCE*
1/8 teaspoon(s) CREOLE SEASONING
1/4 cup(s) BROWN SUGAR
1 clove(s) GARLIC; Cut Into Slivers.

Add BBQ sauce, Creole seasoning and brown sugar to Crock Pot and mix well.
With a sharp knife poke hole all around roast and insert garlic slivers.
Place roast in Crock Pot and roll roast to coat with sauce.
Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
Serve with additional BBQ sauce.


*I used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce
