The basic recipe can be tweaked in different ways. To serve with Asian green beans, I'd drizzle the pork with sriracha and put it over rice. Yummy.
LOL! Thanks GG, I got the green beans last week at the farmer's market, specifically for making the Asian. Trying to duplicate a restaurant recipe.
But all the talk of pulled pork has me going! I'll have to use a sweet chili sauce, the sriracha is too hot for me.
