what can be used in place of finger chilies? would be interested in making this but not paying eight bucks for shipping.

lol, true. With this recipe, ive tried using jalapaneo in replacement. you can use habanero as well just though its much spicier than the finger chilies. A lot of people actually enjoy this dish really really spicy
