i will dry a dry rub and then bake low at 250 with some apple juice for 2 before grilling

Hang on Cod. Since this thread was started and almost finished, there are new ideas for cooking ribs indoors when its cold outside.
Here is the link to a thread I started when I wanted ribs, but it was just to damn cold to use my grill or smoker. its still to cold so maybe this will help you even more.
