Pork Tenderloin Roast
Here is a super flavorful quick recipe for a Roast Pork Tenderloin
![]() Season the outside with salt and pepper ( or McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning) Wrap with 5-6 slices bacon (depending on the size of the tenderloin) secure with tooth picks in a preheated 375 degree oven place the roast in an ovenproof pan and bake for around 20-30 minutes uncovered you can make a nice sauce by adding a little flour to the rendered bacon drippings then adding apple juice and beef broth whisk together to a gravy consistency and let the roast rest for at least 5 minutes Last edited by chefa1a; 05-05-2008 at 10:54 PM.
