Hello All,
Just asking for ideas; how do you present sliced pork tenderloin?
What garnishes/similar do you use?
Thanks in advance. :)

Jezzabell sauce!

any fruit preserves you have in the fridge, mixed half and half with prepared horse radish.

or Chimichurie, a more green herb salsa.

#2 vote for Eric/ Giggler's preserves/ horseradish sauce.

Alternatively, we like apricot jam or orange marmalade with some fresh grated ginger to taste heated in the sauce.

I can't think of an easier sauce than either of the above. Fine chop some green onion tops for presentation.

Dijon mustard cream sauce. You can mince in a little thyme, rosemary, or tarragon in the sauce and use a few sprigs of same as a garnish on the platter.

You can't go wrong with sliced tenderloin and a bowl of Jezebel sauce. :)

It's tasty stuff for sure. :yum:

Mr. Google has many variations of Jezebel sauce so find one that sounds good to your tastes. :chef:

Some green stuff on the plate makes it look good but let's face it. The Tenderloin is what holds the interest. ;)

On a side note with a bit of drift involved.

I've never found a good explanation as to why it's called Jezebel sauce.
Is it only because it's Hot & Spicy as any good Jezebel should be? :whistling
