K - I just posted the recipe for Pulled Pork that originated in Cuisine At Home magazine, June 2003 issue. You can use any BBQ sauce you favor or your own and my addition was brining the pork as it really improves the flavor throughout the roast. I like to use the cole slaw I posted with this sandwich.
Hubby uses a smoker when we make this - I'm sure the grill would work fine if the heat were low enough.
