Turned out great! Thanks for all your help!

I got up at 3:30a.m. and started a 5.5lb and a 4.5 lb shoulder at 225d. At around 3p.m. it was around 175d internal temp so i bumped it up to 285d and it hit 190d at about 4:30p.m. It pulled very easy and turned out awesome, very easy. Shouldnt have been as worried as I was.
