Pulled Pork with Biscuit crust

I just found this recipe in a mag this morning and am going to give it a go. Basically, you take your favorite pulled pork recipe, and put it in a casserole with a bit of the cooking liquid or bbq sauce to keep it moist. Then you cover the top with biscuit dough and bake the whole thing until the biscuit dough is done. sounds good....

Interested to hear your results. Whenever I do a biscuit topping, it is soggy on the surface that meets the filling.:(
