This would be a great meal to cook in your Dutch Oven. My son is not a big fan of pork chops; he told me this is one of his favorites now. He said the gravy really sets the pork chops off.

Ranch Pork Chops And Gravy

4 to 6 PORK CHOPS; Boneless.
1 can(s) (10 3/4 ounce) CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 (soup can) MILK
1 package(s) RANCH DRESSING MIX AND SEASONING MIX
SALT; To Taste.
BLACK PEPPER; To Taste.
POTATOES; Peeled And Quartered.
OIL

In a skillet; heat some oil.
Add pork chops, brown pork chops on both sides seasoning chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Place pork chops off to the side of skillet.
Add soup, milk and salad dressing mix and mix well.
Arrange pork chops in pan and place potatoes in pan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and cook over medium to medium-low heat for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serves 4 to 6
