June and Adrienne - I agree, they both sound wonderful. Maybe I will start looking forward to fall being here after all, with these kinds of ideas for dishes - ;)

But...every idea on this thread needs to be tried!

Another left over pork loin idea. We had left over pork loin Friday night and today I diced some up and stirred in some miracle whip and sweet relish (like tuna salad) and spread it on toasted bread. Very good!
