If you look closely at my avatar, or look at pictures I have posted in the "Member's Pictures" area of DC, you will see a picture of the first crown roast I made.

Another thing to do with a boston butt is to dimply cook low and slow, and make a good gravy from the drippings. Pepper and onion are a must in this gravy. Then, take chunks of the roast, or slices, and place them on top of a single slice of whole-grain bread, and top with the gravy for a pork open-faced sandwich. Wow, those are good. The flavor of the bread perfectly compliments the pork and gravy. Green beans on the side completes the meal. Simple, great taste, and cheap, what more can a person ask for?
